Finance Administration Manager

• provide leadership and management of iocc jordan’s finance and administration • lead and supervise the work of iocc jordan’s finance, administration, and logistics staff • ensure that iocc (organization wide and country level) finance and administration procedures are followed by the jordan country office and its staff • ensure plete and accurate office records and their maintenance, including regular back ups and retention processes for office data (finance, administration, logistics, programs, etc.) • develop, oversee, and maintain up to date systems for tracking payments, mitments, liabilities, and i e • oversee office and local partner procurement processes, ensuring that all procurements are carried out according to approved procedures (iocc and or donor) and authority limits • liaise and maintain professional relationships with key, external stakeholders, such as vendors, affected populations, government representatives, ngo staff, and others, as needed, including representing iocc in meetings with donors and fulfilling external representation requirements
