Job Description

- Participate in planning and developing with the staff for the activities and relevant humanitarian response activities if needed.
- Prepare monthly narrative and quantitative reports.
- Ensure the accuracy of beneficiary data and update it as necessary.
- Conduct monitoring visits to the program sites on daily basis to ensure the implementation of the activities is on time and to achieve quality results.
- Coordinate with the beneficiaries in updating the database and orienting the beneficiaries on the personal development kits Distribution process.
- Supervise the staff and support them to build their capacities.
- Supervise the verification process and coordinate with local/international organizations for the special cases and referral mechanism when needed.
- Conduct outreach, service mapping, and market analyses for the targeted areas.
- Coordinating the livelihood activities and linking the beneficiaries with livelihood opportunities.
- Report on the work progress, update the beneficiaries’ database, and fill all the needed monitoring forms.
