Field Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a Field Marketing Specialist for a fast growing B2B high tech start up. This role will support field marketing events, webinar program and Account focused (ABM) events to drive generation of sales leads, pipeline and revenue. This role will work closely with the sales team to understand the needs of our most strategic customers/prospects. Travel to some onsite events in the US will be required.

This is a 6 month contract to potentially permanent role, 40 hour/week role, remote in the US.

This is a W-2 employee of Stage 4 Solutions, health benefits and 401K offered.

Responsibilities:

  • Field/Event marketing activities, support, and communication: (regional one-day events, trade shows, conferences, etc.), including logistics, budgeting, content development, scheduling, creative themes and social media strategies
  • Manage the webinar program planning: pre-planning logistics, execution, and follow up activities. The program includes 1 webinar per month.
  • Investigate and identify events and conferences targeted to our target market
  • Data entry, processing, and reporting
  • Execute compelling Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to be coordinated through the sales team and create custom packages for specific accounts throughout the region.
  • Write, coordinate and execute (within Marketo) pre- and post-event communications, along with nurture campaigns to target audiences (emails, landing pages, etc)
  • Work with marketing operations and sales to ensure leads are properly entered, routed, marketing nurtured and followed up on in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 3 + years of Field marketing/events experience with technology companies
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with sales, marketing, and business development on the execution of events and programs.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional program and project management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Strong command of common business applications such as Microsoft Office,
  • Travel to onsite events approximately 1-2 trips per quarter in the US
  • Bachelors Degree
