• Answer calls and handle callers in a professional manner.
• Telesales: Create lists of prospects' data (phone numbers, emails…..) and contact them by phone or email to promote company's services.
• Update customers data into the company's
database.
• Schedule & record appointments
• Properly use the email to contact prospects, or to handle any issues related to administration and customer care.
• Contact customers after each provided service to acquire and record feedback.
• Effectively handle complaints and customer
satisfaction issues.
• present weekly reports to marketing manager and operations manager.
