About the company:

Our client prides themselves in serving only fresh ingredients with intense flavours in generous amounts to satisfy customers and aims to elevate the dining experience with a taste of its authentic southern region through modern and contemporary touches in the decor dishes and drinks. In conjunction with the business expansion our client is looking for an experienced manager to supervise operations for the outlets.


Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage plan and coordinate all outlet sales and profitability.
  • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Improving systems processes and best practices.
  • Managing daytoday operations as well as the operations team and operations department.
  • Ensuring that organizational processes remain legally compliant with regulations and standards.
  • Maintaining and enforcing health and safety guidelines.
  • Monitoring the performance and productivity of employees and teams providing coaching training and feedback to improve performance.
  • Managing budgets forecasting and allocating resources to help meet business and strategic goals.
  • Performing quality assurance controls to ensure the companys products and services meet customer expectations and monitoring production KPIs and metrics.
  • Developing ways to increase the quality of customer service and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Analysing data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
  • Optimizing workflows and processes to save time and money.
  • Overseeing staffing plans and supervising hiring and training new employees.
  • Reporting on operational efficiency and quality standards.
  • Using strong communication skills to foster a culture of innovation and productivity in the workplace.
  • Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Incorporating new technologies operating systems and business processes when necessary.
  • Maintaining service operations with the goal of ensuring sustainability across business operations.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in similar position preferably in Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language.

  • Organizational skill

Remuneration:

RM 6000 RM 9000
