• Handling shift scheduling and employee rotations
• Resolving any productionrelated issues that may arise
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Conducting regular quality control checks
• Preparing and presenting shift reports
• Identifying areas for process improvement
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
