Azerbaijan Hiring - Floor Men

• Assist in the assembly disassembly and maintenance of drilling equipment under the supervision of experienced crew members.
  
• Operate and maintain drilling machinery including tongs wrenches and elevators.
  
• Assist in the positioning connection and disconnection of drill pipes and drill bits.
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
  
• Participate in safety meetings drills and inspections.
  
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Clean and maintain the drilling floor equipment and surrounding areas.
  
• Provide assistance and support to other members of the drilling crew as needed.
  
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies including blowouts or equipment failures.
  
• Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members to ensure smooth drilling operation
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Previous experience in a similar role on offshore rigs preferred but not required.
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude and physical fitness to perform manual labor in a challenging environment.
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions closely.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  
• Willingness to work in remote offshore locations on a rotational basis.
