Open Position: Facilities Manager (IT Based Company)

An IT Based Company is currently hiring a Facilities Manager to come and join them in the Selangor Company.

Possess at least a diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business or any related field.

More than 2 years working experience in the related field.

Develop and implement facility management strategies policies and procedures to optimize the use of resources and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs safety hazards and areas for improvement.

Monitor and manage facility budgets tracking expenses and identifying costsaving opportunities.

Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard company assets employees and visitors.

Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations related to facilities health and safety.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facility maintenance repairs and expenditures.

Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
