This position is responsible for the maintenance of city facilities within the city. Specifically, this position monitors public buildings for maintenance issues; completes minor and/or routine maintenance tasks; and assists in the organizing, planning and supervision of vendors for larger construction or building maintenance projects. RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED, plus vocational training in the area of building construction, building inspection, project management, facilities, HVAC or related field preferred.Minimum three years general maintenance experience in the areas of facility maintenance, construction, or project management. Ability to obtain Special Boiler’s license within 1 year.Ability to obtain Minnesota Class B driver’s license within 1 year.Additional InformationFull time exempt position.
