• Maintains excellent knowledge of telecom products and services compared to the competition to meet corporate account needs.
• Proactively interacts with all internal parties involved to ensure customer requirements are processed and delivered smoothly and efficiently and maintain appropriate feedback to the Sales Supervisor.
• Prepare necessary reports with key achievements and sector updates to highlight business opportunities.
• Develop sales forecasts/pipelines, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts to highlight business progress.
