Managing the sales department within the country to achieve the largest sales percentage. Establishing productive and professional relationships with employees and those responsible for customer accounts. Negotiating and finalizing sales procedures and agreements with important customers. Monitor and analyze sales ratios, measure performance and suggest improvements. Preparing periodic sales forecasts, including monthly, quarterly and annual. Conduct research and identify potential customers, new customers and new market opportunities. Providing effective and timely solutions that match customer needs. Communicate with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency.
