Export Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new accounts over different countries.
• Meet with clients here or overseas.
• Analyze the consumer trends and develop sales plans and strategies to meet their needs.
• Maintain professional relationships with all customers and distributors and ensure satisfaction of consumers with all company products and services.
• Administer all sales activities for all export products of organization and ensure achievement of all export sales target.
• Carry out market research, conduct surveys and study the competitors and their marketing and sales strategies.
• Knowledge of the details of the export business to ensure that government policies, labelling systems, transportation and payment laws are followed.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and address any issues that arise during the export process.
• Cooperate with other departments within the company to ensure that all international business operations run smoothly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree from an accredited University.
• 3-6 years of experience in the export sales field.
• Very good command of English is a must.
• Professional use of computers, MS Office and email writing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management.
• Experience in dealing with different countries and cultures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
