• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.

• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

Maintaining Database

• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

• Maintaining strong MIS of all leads and accounts.

• Maintaining strong product and service information and updates and responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions.

Collaborating with Sales Team

• Routing qualified leads to Sales and Business Development team by initiating appointments.
