Execution Interior Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Project Management: Oversee and manage interior design projects from start to finish ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards. Develop project plans including scope schedules and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects designers contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. 2. Project Execution: Knowledge & Handson experience of high and Civil finishes fitout/furnishing and related MEP works is necessary. Experience hotels resorts high and villas club houses etc. is necessary. Interpret and translate design concepts into actionable plans for construction and implementation. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure the feasibility of design concepts in realworld applications. Provide expert guidance on material selection finishes furnishings and lighting solutions. Address any onsite challenges modifications or unforeseen issues in a proactive and efficient manner. Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to maintain a high standard of workmanship and quality. 3. Quality Assurance: Implement stringent quality control measures to guarantee that the final output aligns with design specifications. Identify potential issues that could arise during construction and develop preemptive solutions. 4. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with architects designers project managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members sharing insights and best practices from years of experience. Job Description 5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and uptodate project documentation including progress reports change orders and budget tracking. 6. Qualifications: Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design Architecture or related field. A minimum of 15 years of handson experience in interior design project execution. Profound knowledge of design principles construction techniques materials and finishes. Proven track record of successfully managing and executing interior design projects of varying scales. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant design software and project management tools. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.
