Event Marketing Manager - Marcom Systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage coordinate & execute turnkey marketing programs with a strong focus on event
  management.
• Build and execute program activation strategies and plans.
• Research select negotiate and manage new vendors.
• Liaise and coordinate externally with contractors suppliers and other service providers as
  well as internally to ensure smooth execution of projects up to a high standard.
• Create & present new ideas and solutions to support client briefs.
• Work with all stakeholders to coordinate all project elements & production schedules.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Interact with host delegates customers and guests to ensure that their onsite experience is
  flawless.
• Must Ensure compliance to budget expenses and reconciliations on a per event basis.
• Regular reporting: Presentations timelines status reports proposals.
• Remain up to date on industry standards and movements.

Qualifications:

• Extremely organized selfstarting detailoriented creative and able to manage multiple
  projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel word Powerpoint and outlook.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
