• Develop business estimation policies, procedures, processes and matrix that will ensure applicability at the project and company level.
• Perform evaluation of Tenders/bids/Quotations and provide the pricing in a timely manner.
• Interpret engineering plans, blueprints and specification drawings to determine the scope of works.
• Check the tender requirements against the company s procedure and accordance with the company s sales and commercial strategy.
• Review contracts conditions and incorporate the company s requirements within a written tender submission document.
• Liaise with the Client on an ongoing basis to determine progress of tender.
• Perform as liaison for Project Management when tender is awarded and becomes job.
• Any tasks assigned by the line manager.
