Identify all stakeholders in any given outcome/project Direct the focus of the project team (including the functional team, the technical product team, the technical team - including developers and infrastructure teams, as well as vendors) according to the priority set by the business in line with the global PMO team Prepare and/or direct the responsible team to prepare all required documents (project initiation, BRD, project charter, functional scope documents, etc.) Responsible for creating the project plan, tracking activities, and arranging daily/weekly/monthly meetings
