Job Description

- Provide ERP application training and support to clients and end-users
- Train end users in specific modules of dawatech's ERP application.
- Assist in gathering requirements and documenting business process
- Manage schedules
- Report project progress to management
- Point of contact for resolving issues from employees and the clients
- Provide post-sales support as needed.
- Collect requirements, analyze businesses and execute process workshops
- Participate in all ERP implementation steps as assigned
- Consult client to collect all relevant data for implementation
- Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, customer query data, issue logs and their resolution
- Develop and enforce collaborative working relationships with customers
- Lead process reviews and application configuration discussions with clients
