Job Description

- Review all related Project documents (PAD, ESRS, ESCP, SA, SEP, LMP, Procurements Plans … etc.) and familiarize with them at an early stage of his/her task
- Integrate the environmental requirements of the Project in the POM illustrating which environmental management instruments would be required for different Project interventions and when. The POM should also include means of monitoring and supervision
- Supervise the implementation of different environmental measures by different counterparts
- Prepare periodic reports on different environmental management aspects of the Project as required in the ESCP
- Work with World Bank missions on environmental aspects of the Project, and provide needed feedback between missions
- Represent the PMU in related engagements with stakeholders
- Work in close coordination and Liaison with the Social and Community Outreach Officer of the PMU
