Description:This position is offered in our clients Environmental Technologies group within the HardwareEngineering division.Our clients goal is to make products without taking from the Earth. Getting there requires focusand innovation in three key areas: climate change resources and smarter chemistry. Ourclients Environmental Technologies group is seeking a candidate who will support materialqualification to its smarter chemistry goals as part of the launch of its products. You will beresponsible for identifying materials for review and managing qualification workflows whileestablishing best practice and standard operating procedures in support of the productdevelopment process.Your work requires you to closely partner with Product Environmental Engineers/Programmanagers Toxicologists and Subject Matter Experts to support initiatives on smarter chemistrysustainable materials design for environment and phaseouts of hazardous substances.Education:AS/BS degree in Engineering or Science preferredRequirements: At least 2 years of experience in a hardware product development environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while engaging with multiple activitiessimultaneously Passion for environmental sustainability and user safety Experience in documenting process and procedures Proficient in productivity software (Spreadsheets Keynotes) Strong communication skills and thrives in both collaborative and independent workenvironments Familiarity with Bills of Materials and manufacturing documents a plus
