Responsibilities:
• Produce responses to requests for information and pricing
• Work with sales personnel to provide product, business and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities.
• Liaise with product managers and development to understand details of product direction and design and communicate information back to sales organization.
• Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Product Management/Product Development
• Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by maintaining rapport with current accounts through regular visits; evaluating service level, identifying and resolving problems, escalating problems for appropriate resolutions, notifying senior management of potential service failures.
• Meet Pre-sales targets by maintaining customer list, discussing progress with Sales Manager, identifying obstacles in closing agreements; developing solutions to improve closing ratio.
