- Provide technical support for enterprise and banking applications, ensuring their smooth operation and availability
- Monitor application performance and address any issues or incidents promptly
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related problems and errors
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to resolve complex issues and ensure effective resolution of incidents
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and testing activities
- Maintain and update application documentation, including configuration details, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and understand user requirements for application enhancement and customization
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements to optimize support operations
