Responsibilities:
▪Analyze and diagnose technical & functional issues in supported applications with full ownership and accountability
▪Ensure raised tickets related to supported applications are being resolved efficiently and within SLA
▪Perform root-cause analysis for major incidents and document them thoroughly
▪Ensure efficient issue resolution of all major incidents & outages for in-scope applications
▪Perform periodic health checks for all applications within the domain documenting thoroughly in the tracker
▪Perform the required change requests over production applications and ensure post-deployment sanity checks are done
▪Ensure monitoring is in place for applications in the domain and introduce new monitors when required through working with other IT teams
