Job Brief:

The Engineer will design, develop, and provide technical oversight for various aspects of Anthem’s engineering operations. This key role will be responsible for driving the company’s efforts in advanced technology and engineering initiatives, including the development of complex engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate for this position should have extensive experience in the engineering field, a strong technical background, and a drive to contribute to the company’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze engineering problems and develop complex engineering solutions

• Participate in the design, development, and deployment of Anthem’s engineering efforts

• Supervise and provide technical guidance on engineering projects

• Propose innovative engineering designs and approaches to project requirements

• Analyze and assess risks associated with engineering initiatives

• Develop an understanding of the external regulatory environment and its implications on engineering operations

• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the engineering field

• Collaborate closely with other engineering and technical professionals

Skills Required:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, or related field

• At least 3 years’ engineering experience

• Excellent problem solving and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with applicable regulatory laws and requirements

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
