Role: End User Field Support Engineer

Location: Boca Raton FL 33431 Wichita KS 67202 Morrisville NC 27560

Contract/FullTime

Locations: (100% Onsite from below location) Please look for candidates local (max 15/20 miles) to these locations only.

  • 1 Role: 1501 W Yamato Road Boca Raton FL 33431
  • 1 Role: 800 East Waterman Wichita KS 67202
  • 2 Roles: 3005 Carrington Mill Blvd Suite 175 Morrisville NC 27560

Job Description:

  • Dedicated Field support engineers should be available for hands and feet support
  • Scope of Activities: Summary:
    • Desktop hands and feet support
    • IMAC support
    • Asset refresh
    • Asset disposal activity (Excluding physical disposal)
    • Hardware breakfix of enduser devices
    • Mobile device troubleshooting.
    • Conference room support AudioVideo conferencing room support
    • Smart hands support.
    • Incident recording and update using Service Now ticketing tool.
    • Liaison with other teams onsite and offshore SD L2 and L3 group as needed .
    • Third Party / OEM Vendor coordination

Key Activities:

  • Provide onsite support as per site categorization to provide operational and technical support
  • Network & Telecom devices are included in support across all sites under Hands & feet support model.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Incidents and Problems associated with EUC Equipment and Software and provide break/fix support advice and assistance to Authorized Users
  • Coordinate for EUC service related activities with the Service Desk and other resolver teams
  • Perform support for application certifications and deployment for end point software.
  • Coordinate with third party as necessary to keep Equipment and Software in good working order.
  • Coordinate the activities of Sub Contractor Personnel and third parties providing Support including: (i) packing and unpacking; (ii) shipping and receiving; (iii) third party vendor technical interactions including interactions regarding warranty and procurement based on warranty information provided by; and (iv) any other coordination required for Sub contractors performance of Services.
  • Follow the process and procedure defined in the Service Standards regarding OEM recall notices sent to or provided to Sub Contractor
