Main Duties:
- Handling Customers Via Chats and Inbound Calls.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times
- Acknowledging and resolving clients complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- Keeping records of clients interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Job Requirements
- Fast Typing Skills
- Males Only
- Excellent and Fluent Command Of English Language.
- Males must have identified military status.
- University graduates.
- Handling emails
- Maximum Age 35 years .
- Full Paid Training Period.
