• Coordinate activities on turbine software and electrical components primarily in MENA and partially in ROS East cluster Regions
. • Technical support point of contact for service technicians and customer support engineers in MENA and ROS East cluster.
• Regular technical customer meetings ensuring progress on open tasks (e.g. punch list rework, missing / false documentation, new technical solutions, quality issues during construction phase).
• Close collaboration with MENA, ROS East and ROS MED functional team to find technical and commercial solutions
. • Interface to R&D and ROS MED Functional team to realize and validate technical solutions & creating technical customer statements in coordination with R&D and Technical Support.
