General Dentist - $200k to $225k+
Williamsburg, Virginia
We are looking for a General Dentist to join our practice on a full-time permanent The group has 6 locations in the state of Virginia and is 100% privately They have been providing dental services to the community for over 30 If youre looking for a long term opportunity with huge growth potential, please apply!
Compensation and Benefits
- $800 per day guarantee or 28% to 32% of production (whichever is greater)
- Yearly potential income could be $200k to $225k+ based on production
- The group does not wait to collect on production, they pay out every 2 weeks
- Lab fees, marketing fees, admin fees are paid by office except for Invisalign
- Medical benefits provided with the office paying $200 of the premium
- $3k per year assistance for CME
- 9 days vacation after 1 year then an additional 5 days after 2 years
- Potential relocation assistance
- Eligible for partnership option after 1 year
Schedule
- Monday thru Thursday from 8am to 5pm
- 8 to 14 patients per day
- Full support staff
Requirements
- Active dental license for the state of Virginia or willing to obtain
- 3+ years of experience
