- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Write well-structured and informative blog posts that align to business objectives
- Edit reporters and third-party content to ensure it aligns with required standards
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- SEO research to make sure content ranks organically and attracts traffic through google search
- Support the team in Identifying customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
- Support Head of content in creating the Editorial calendar
- Communicate with third party on content requirements and standards
- Support head of content on Auditing and updating old content
- Support the team in optimizing for better engagement metrics
