Join our dynamic team as a key player in shaping the future of eCommerce within Europe! As the eCommerce Manager you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our global eCommerce strategy.

Your primary activities are

• Maximize the performance of the eCommerce funnel in Europe and globally.
• Develop and implement a clear Dominos Pizza Enterprises (DPE) strategy and roadmap for eCommerce operations.
• Collaborate with Group eCommerce Manager on global eCommerce strategy and capabilities.
• Optimize eCommerce reporting insights and alerting for effective management.
• Work with IT and Digital Product Teams on eCommerce tool optimizations.
• Contribute to the rollout of eCommerce support services and new platform features.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
• Drive measurable increases in OLO Sales contributions and ROI for digital initiatives.
• Ensure Dominos remains a leading online retailer and innovator in digital strategy.

You are an excellent match if you

• Have a tertiary Certificate/Degree qualification
• 35 years proven eCommerce Management experience
• Experience in managing multinational webshops and eCommerce platforms
• Proven ability to optimize eCommerce campaigns promotions and offers
• Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills with technical and commercial stakeholders
• Expertise in digital analytics and conversion analysis
• Retail FMCG or QSR marketing experience
• Experience working for an international brand
• Keen eye for detail
• Driving measurable shortterm and longterm success
• Passion for growing brands successfully online
• Understanding of technical systems behind eCommerce platforms
