Project Manager Banking amp Payment

TF Bank is working hard towards a European credit and payment platform that offers financial flexibility to our customers. Our offering includes credit cards cash loans deposits and BNPL/white label ecommerce solutions in 13 European countries.

For our strategic projects we are looking for a project manager to ensure that we can deliver our targets on time and seamlessly. This position is available in Berlin Malaga Szczecin or Gdansk.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and steering strategic projects including requirements and stakeholder management transformation budget and status reporting.
• Coordinating the project team and keep track of tasks deadlines and results.
• Support in business analysis and requirements framework across departments and stakeholders.
• Creating decision and status documents for the management.
• Track and increase the efficiency of the project.
• Make sure that the project team meets the requirements and deadlines of the project.
• Document the progress and decisions of the projects guide the project team with best practice in organizing their work.
• Identify and document risks and dependencies of your project.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 years of professional experience in project management in the financial industry.
• You know different project management methods and ways of thinking.
• You have experience working with multifunctional teams.
• You understand the connections between different banking ITsystems.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are able to explain complex structures and requirements.
• You have industry knowledge in the areas of finance & banking.
• Presentation skills in formal presentations to executive management
• Fluent in English German is a big plus.
• Familiar with project management tools.
