Encasa is a digitalfirst home furnishings brand with distribution across the world (currently US UK Canada France Germany Italy Spain Mexico and our home India).We started off as an Amazonfirst brand and are now expanding to an omnichannel presence. We manufacture our own highquality products in factories based in Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage multiple product lines across one or more geographies
Look at the fullfunnel of customer acquisition drive discovery through keyword optimization and paid PPC ads and lead to conversions through great product messaging and competitor positioning
Understand metrics of online sales such as impressions clickthru rates conversions ACOS etc
Use various promotional tools such as sponsored ads coupons discounts etc to boost sales
Use internal tools for daily weekly monthly reporting of all your product lines
Use offmarketplace tools such as email lists landing pages to attract repeat customers
Continuously learn about new marketing methods to be at the forefront.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 yrs of ecommerce experience specifically on the Amazon marketplace.
Experience in handling market places: Flipkart Walmart Wayfair
Strong understanding of PPC ads on Amazon
Ability to dig through data draw conclusions and make recommendations
Very strong in Excel / Google Sheets
Selfmotivated person who can prioritise your own work.
