The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is seeking an Administrative support for the Directors Office.

Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Director & Administrative Director and with the collaboration of the administrative support the applicant responsibilities will include:
Organization and management of the agenda.
Acting as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence emails and phone calls.
Organizing meetings and appointments.
Receiving visits.
Organizing trips booking and arranging travel transport and accommodation.
Purchasing management (from the directors office or the research group).
Supporting members of the director research group in administrative tasks.
Documentation review.
Writing and filing diverse documentation.
Preparation and compiling of documentation before meetings.
Management of signatures and prior review of documentation.
Arranging participation in Committees Evaluations and Panels.
Registration / renewal / cancellation of subscriptions and memberships.
Other specific technical tasks.
Requirements
Bachelors or VET Training in Business Administration.
Proof of experience in similar positions: 2 years working as an administrative support in a research centre or University.
Catalan Spanish and English level: fluent conversation (certificates not required).
Good knowledge about Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Excel Word and PowerPoint).

Selection Process
ICIQs selection process usually entails the following phases:
Preselection: The preselection process will be based on qualifications and expertise as reflected on the candidates CVs. This phase is meritbased.

Organitzar la participaci en comissions avaluacions i panells.
Alta / renovaci / cancellaci de subscripcions i afiliacions.
Altres tasques tcniques especfiques.
Requisits
Formaci de grau o FP en Administraci i Direcci dEmpreses.
Acreditaci dexperincia en llocs similars: 2 anys treballant com a suport administratiu en un centre de recerca o universitat.
Nivell avanat de catal castell i angls.
Bon coneixement de les eines de Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word i PowerPoint).
