• Direct and coordinate all employee and labour relations activities within the Hotel to ensure compliance with local labour laws and hotel's policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Hotel T&C policies/guidelines and procedures.
• Increase the consistency of customer service and supervisory and management expertise by utilizing Training as a strategy to achieve customer service and operation's goals.
• Drive company culture by planning and conducting employee orientation and on-going programs to foster a positive attitude in line with Hotel's Vision, Mission and Values. Implement employee certification/career development programme.
