- Direct and coordinate all employee and labour relations activities within the Hotel to ensure compliance with local labour laws and hotels policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Hotel T&C policies/guidelines and procedures.
- Increase the consistency of customer service and supervisory and management expertise by utilizing Training as a strategy to achieve customer service and operations goals.
- Drive company culture by planning and conducting employee orientation and on-going programs to foster a positive attitude in line with Hotels Vision, Mission and Values. Implement employee certification/career development programme.
