Job Description
The successful candidate should have worked in a similar role at Director or Manager level for a beach club, multiuse facilities or within a hotel. You must have some F&B experience as well as beach and activities. The ideal candidate comes from a premium or five star background. Experience with kids clubs, water sports or similar leisure activities is essential for this role. You must be a charismatic, motivated and strong team leader, someone that can balance the business side as well as being the face of the location, working to develop relationship and memorable experiences for the guests. Preference will be given to candidates with Middle East experience however outside the region will also be considered
