Are you a master of Class 8 Truck diagnostics and repair Join our elite maintenance team as a Lead Technician and spearhead our pursuit of excellence in fleet operations. In this vital role youll leverage your extensive expertise to drive efficiency quality and continuous improvement.

As a Lead Technician youll:

  • Provide expertlevel diagnostics major repairs and complex overhauls on our cuttingedge fleet of tractors trailers and diesel engines
  • Strategically manage workflow delegating tasks and ensuring productivity goals are met
  • Mentor and develop a skilled team of technicians fostering their professional growth
  • Collaborate with parts specialists and management to streamline operations
  • Uphold strict adherence to DOT regulations safety protocols and quality standards

What you'll need: 8-10+ years of heavy diesel truck/trailer repair & maintenance experience Mastery of engine troubleshooting, overhauls, rebuilds Expertise across major systems - electrical, emissions, transmissions Preventative maintenance, engine, and electrical certifications Dedication to efficiency and hitting repair time targets Your own tools and eagerness to continually train Class A or B CDL preferred Join our elite team of diesel gurus who are keeping our fleet in showroom condition.
