Job Description

- Working with other engineers to build distributed systems that can handle data at scale.
- Manage the orchestration and configurations of of low-level components such as compute instances, storage, and networking, as well as high-level components such as DNS entries and CDN.
- Debugging production issues across multiple services and all levels of our infrastructure stack.
- Ensuring the reliability and availability of services in accordance with SLAs. This includes immediate response to production incidents at all times.
- Monitoring the costs of our servers on a continuous basis and improving inefficiencies where possible.
- Improving engineering standards and holding a high bar for code quality and simplicity.
- Helping other teams with setting up their CI/CD workflows.
- Automation of manual processes where applicable.
- Pushing the boundaries of our infrastructure at scale.
