Job Description
Responsibilities include:
The role of a ServiceNow GRC includes collaborating with other members of the engagement team to coordinate, plan and deliver ServiceNow GRC projects. developing security strategies, advising stakeholders, providing workshops, and supporting business development of SNOW integration for GRC. Below are some key responsibilities but not limited to.
- Lead discussions and workshops with clients through proper technology enablement of risk-related processes using ServiceNow GRC/ IRM solutions.
- Perform Business Analysis and conduct impact Assessment, Solution Architecting.
- Work closely with client to identify target use cases for automation, as well as defining and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Support in design and architect solutions to automated client processes into GRC solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Perform ServiceNow scripting, Workflows Designing, flow designers, Scripted API's, Integration, portal designing and in Automated Testing Framework.
- Design and configuration of SNOW features and functionalities for Policy & Compliance, Advanced Risk and Audit.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) Minimum 4-5 years of industry experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM suite.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in GRC/ IRM suite (Risk and Compliance)
- Experience in design, development, migration and administration modules like Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good to have prior experience working with Banking and financial clients.
