Role and Responsibilities:
As a Design Verification MemQAIP SignOff your primary responsibilities will include:
- Understanding memory compiler architecture
- Knowledge of characterization and various timing power and leakage arcs in liberty
- Handson with Memory Crossfire setup and analysis of results
- Collaborating with memory char team to resolve issues in liberty Verilog tetramax fastscan models
- Running Memory Accuracy tests
Candidate Qualifications:
To excel in this role you should possess the following qualifications:
- Strong understanding of memory compiler architecture
- Familiarity with characterization and various timing power and leakage arcs in liberty
- Experience in Memory Crossfire setup and analysis of results
- Proficiency in liberty Verilog tetramax fastscan models
