Designation : Production and Costing Executive
Qualification : Diploma in Textile
Experience: 010 years
Salary: 15000/ (Based on Experience)
Timing : 9.30Am 6.00Pm
Skill : Candidate should have good knowledge of Costing sourcing computer and manufacturing processes.
Location: Karur
Job Description :
- Utilize your deep understanding of fabric composition manufacturing processes and industry trends to calculate production costs accurately.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including design production procurement and sales to gather pertinent information for cost analysis.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of raw material prices labor costs overhead expenses and other variables affecting fabric production.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and cost breakdowns for various fabric types finishes and specifications.
- Conduct cost variance analysis to identify deviations between estimated and actual costs and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics industry benchmarks and technological advancements to ensure the cost analysis remains uptodate and relevant.
