- Take the lead to build, iterate on, and maintain Figma Design System library, establishing robust components that span from foundational elements (e.g., type, color, sizing) to complex and versatile components (e.g., layouts, tables).
- Work closely with UX Designers, Digitial and Brand Designers and Developers to establish and document naming and usage.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to create and refine processes. Synthesize and incorporate feedback from UX Designers, Brand and Visual Designers and Developers.
- Lead alignment and guide the construction of an evolving and expanding the Design System.
- Thoughtfully create and organize a hierarchy of libraries to be used for responsive websites, desktop apps, iOS and Android apps.
- Create written documentation around naming and usage, provide design system guidance for all internal collaborators.
- Develop components with accessibility, translation, and internationalization best practices in mind.
