Design Manager - High End Residential Commercial

• Provides leadership for entire design process & assures that project needs are satisfied by effectively managing design staff to ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  
• Oversee and coordinate renovation and fitout projects from conception to completion.
  
• Develop innovative design concepts and solutions for interior spaces.
  
• Manage budgeting scheduling and quality control for all projects.
  
• Collaborate with clients architects and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for interior designers to improve their technical skills and design capabilities.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design renovation fitout and kitchen cabinet design.
  
• Provide guidance support and lead interior design team.
  
• Adhoc task by superior.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
  
• Required skill(s): MS Office MS Power point Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photo Shop AutoCAD Sketch up or relevant 3D software.
  
• Minimum 5 years working experience required.
  
• Have experience on leading designer teams
  
• Have experience handling both residential & commercial project
  
• Additional certifications in project management leadership or business administration would provide added advantage
