Job Requirements :
- Qualifications: M.E. / M. Tech / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Min. 10 years of experience in Hydraulic Piston pump Design especially on Rotating Groups & Controls. Should be aware of all the relevant standards and practices used in the Hydraulic Piston Pump industry
- Ability to work with CAD (Inventor Vault Envoia etc.) MS Office (especially excel) experience preferred. Ability to work on FEA will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; able to work independently
- Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and customers
- Understanding of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement
- Exposed to working with customers suppliers and cross functional teams across geographies
- High degree of ethical and rational jugdement making
