- Developing designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
- Preparing of design, specifications, technical and construction drawings.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Revit software, utilizing BIM technology to develop and coordinate architectural models and drawings effectively.
- Develop technical details and specifications for architectural elements, materials and finishes ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with MEP consultants and other project stakeholders to integrate systems into architectural designs.
- Work closely with project managers, designer and engineers to facilitate communication, coordination throughout all project phases.
- Engage with clients to understand their vision, requirements and feedback to provide proactive design solutions.
