Experience - 8 to 12 yrs in HR/IR (Plant experience - 5 Yrs minimum)
Role Specific Skills -
Good HR Process Knowledge & a business contributor with result - oriented mindset and
an influencing resource.
Handling union experience is a must.
Excellent leadership, influencing communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
