Major Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications & PR
Develop and execute a strategic communication & PR plan to enhance the companys corporate image and reputation.
Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts influencers and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
Responsible for creating engaging content for various channels including press releases articles blog posts social media posts and website content in coordination with respective agencies and partners
Plan and coordinate media events press conferences to generate media interest and coverage for the company and the brand
Support our CSR partner (MMF) for Digital marketing content strategy Social media management and other marketing & communication activities
Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends opportunities and potential risks and develop appropriate responses.
Employer branding & Internal communications
Develop and manage internal communication and employer branding strategies
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to provide communication support for various internal activities and initiatives
Create employer branding campaigns and content in line with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of the organisation and its further deployment on Social media and other professional networks.
Create and implement ideas for employee engagement and activations.
To work towards making Finolex Pipes & Fittings a preferred employer in the industry and across other sectors

Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
Required Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages.
Strong storytelling and content creation abilities with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
Proven experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies across multiple channels.
Indepth understanding of media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with crisis communication management and the ability to handle sensitive and highpressure situations with professionalism and composure.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field.
Years of experience: 8 years
Proven work experience as a Corporate Communications Manager or PR Manager
Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated communication strategies that have positively impacted corporate & brand reputation and awareness.
Strong portfolio showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills including press releases articles and social media content.
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices in content optimization for search engines is a plus.
