Demand Planning Manager

• Supervise demand planning team in demand management activities.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the planning department.
  
• Develop a demand plan based on business trends and demand patterns.
  
• Proactively troubleshoot cost, quality, and delivery concerns.
  
• Work with management, inventory, supply chain and sales teams in demand planning operations.
  
• Analyze and troubleshoot demand related issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  
• Maintain demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy.
  

Requirements

• At least Bachelor s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
  
• Minimum 5 years working experience in demand planning role.
  
• Understanding of supply chain management.
  
• Strong demand and material planning knowledge and experience.
  
• Excellent communication skill.
  
• Strong analysis skill.
  
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Able to solve problem.
