Role: Delivery Manager with Pharma Domain Exp
Location: Remote
Hire Type: Long Term Contract
Job Decsription:
- Assumes responsibilities as the main client contact leading engagement
- Develops assesses and validates a clients business strategy including industry and competitive positioning and strategic direction
- Develop solutions and services to suit clients business strategy
- Estimates scope and liability for delivery of the end product/solution
- Seeks opportunities to develop revenue in existing and new areas
- Leads an engagement and oversees others contributions at the customer end such that customer expectations are met or exceeded.
- Contributes towards the development of policies procedures frameworks etc.
- Experience in pharma domains (Access & reimbursement Copay SPSN / Claims Pharmacy Enrollments contact center App / Website / Live Chat / Social CPRO / AAT HCP Account Affiliation FAS Ambassador CCD CRM SMS DM)
- Must have experience in IQVIA data KOL mapping market mix modeling FAS patient data claims Copay analytics affiliates
