• Clarify strategies and plans, communicating a clear sense of direction and purpose for the team
  
• Ensure focus on quality and continuous delivery while taking ownership of process and outcomes for resolving client issues
  
• Coordinate and lead reviews, escalations while managing risks and
  
• Assess customer feedback and use your creativity to establish, improve, and refine

Essential Requirements:

• Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce projects in medium to large organizations
  
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving
  
• Experience adapting broad strategy guidelines into specific team objectives
  
• Experience coordinating regular forums to address issues, review status and manage key actions within the team
  
• Ability to influence and maintain strong customer relationships
  
• Strong stakeholder management skills, result-oriented and proactive
  
• Extensive experience presenting to senior leadership, negotiations and client communications
